LEGO Masters premiere date announced

From Sunday April 28 at 7pm on Nine, eight teams will battle it out in LEGO Masters.

The contestants will be asked to build mind-blowing masterpieces to be judged by Ryan 'Brickman' McNaught, the Southern Hemisphere's only LEGO-certified professional.

The nine episodes will each feature a unique challenge that will inspire some of the most impressive LEGO creations. The winning pair will be crowned LEGO Masters, hold the LEGO trophy and earn $100,000 prize money.

Hosted by Hamish Blake, LEGO Masters is the ultimate series for LEGO fans and families.

The teams are: Jimmy and Maddy, David and G, Henry and Cade, Jordan and Miller, Bilsy and Kale, Kaitlyn and Marielle, Matt and Lyn and Dinushi and Gayan.

LEGO Masters premieres Sunday April 28 at 7pm on Nine and 9Now.
