Watch: Hamish Blake hilariously channels his inner film director to 'inspire' the teams during the Explosion In Motion Challenge
Hamish Blake is known for his hilarious antics at the helm of LEGO® Masters Grand Masters.
And during Episode 8, the host decided to "inspire" the teams during the Explosion in Motion challenge, after they were tasked with creating a Hollywood-style build which would end... unsurprisingly, in an explosion.

Hamish decided to channel his inner movie director during the episode, and it's fair to say he really got into playing the role.

"Our teams are setting up movie scenes... so who better to inspire them and give them feedback than an actual, real life, movie director?" Hamish grinned at the camera before getting into character.

He then sat with Gabby and Ryan while wear sunglasses and holding clapperboard, as he said: "Gabby and Ryan... interview with the director, take one and only one. Give it to me, what happens."
"Train comes out of the tunnel..." Gabby said as she tried to explain the pair's build, with Hamish responding in quick succession: "Where's the train when it explodes?
"Who are these people on the tracks? Why are they there. Why are they there! Why do I care about them! How come they're on the tracks? Get rid of them!"
"Where's the train when it explodes?" Hamish asked. Nine
"That director... not a nice person!" Ryan laughed to cameras after the meeting.
It was then Alex and Caleb's turn.
As director Hamish stared at their build, he blurted out: "What am I looking at?"
"You're looking at the next..." Caleb began, before he was met with: "Quicker. Quicker! Why am I spending my money on this? Why am I spending the studio's money on this?
"Why is this film any different to 25 other space films breathing down my neck. How can you guarantee that I will work again after this?"
"I'm not sure I could name any of his films, but I'm sure he's qualified." Caleb giggled to cameras after Hamish's act. Nine

The director then turned his attention to Joss and Henry, and asked of their The Rocker build: "What's he doing?" How powerful? Double it. I love it, I can sell this, I'm going to be rich and you might work with me again."
He added: "What's with the eyes? Give him sunnies or you'll never work again."
"We got some high tier advice, which we elegantly chose to ignore," Henry told cameras.
It's fair to say we might not be seeing Hamish's alter-ego giving advice anytime soon.
