Lonubo by OUTRIGGER Maldives Maafushivaru Resort
OUTRIGGER Maldives Maafushivaru Resort has announced the re-opening of Lonubo, a private island available for hire.
Reopened in September, Lonubo Island is a breath-taking oasis just 200 metres from OUTRIGGER Maldives Maafushivaru Resort, accessible only by private boat transfer.
This hidden gem is designed for guests seeking privacy and tranquillity, where every detail immerses you in barefoot luxury and nature.
Awaiting you on Lonubo are plush sun loungers, beanbags, sunshades, towels and refreshing beverages - all set amid a backdrop of swaying palms, pristine sands and the Indian Ocean's mesmerising turquoise waters.
Te Arai Links New Zealand
Te Arai Links, is a world-class luxury resort positioned along the pristine Te Arai coastline of New Zealand, located just a scenic 75-minute drive from Auckland or 25 minutes by helicopter.
After first opening in late 2022, Te Arai Links is now celebrating the addition of multiple restaurants and stunning villas in November.
Options include 48 Suites, 19 two-bedroom Ocean Cottages, and six new gorgeous four-bedroom Villas.
There are also great onsite dining options. The highly-anticipated Ocean Restaurant opened this month and the North Clubhouse will open next week on November 25.
Jenni Kayne partnered with local architect John Irving to design the new Ocean Restaurant, resort Ocean Cottages, and refreshed spaces at Te Arai Links.
With the lively market towns of Mangawhai and Matakana close by, the Te Arai destination is also home to numerous wineries and olive groves, many of which have cellar doors and excellent vineyard restaurants/breweries.

Pullman Perth Airport
Perth Airport is set to get its first hotel with the announcement of a new partnership with Accor.
The new state-of-the-art Pullman Perth Airport is slated to open in 2027 and will feature 240 rooms and suites across eight floors, a rooftop restaurant and bar, lobby lounge café, gymnasium, sauna, meeting facilities, and co-working spaces.
The hotel design, led by DKO Architecture, will reflect Western Australia's unique beauty with materials and forms inspired by its landscapes, providing a memorable and warm welcome to visitors from Australia and all over the world.
Sheraton Samoa Beach Resort
Sheraton Hotels & Resorts, part of Marriott International's portfolio of over 30 hotel brands, announced that Sheraton Samoa Beach Resort has officially re-opened following multi-million-dollar renovations.
The opening celebration at Mulifanua was held on Friday, October 11. The comprehensive refurbishment valued at USD10Million extends 133 modernised guestrooms including 6 suites, each adorned with island-inspired decor offering breathtaking ocean and garden views.
Design for the renovation was inspired by the natural beauty and cultural heritage of Samoa, reflecting the island's coastal landscape using a soft palette of ocean blues, sandy beiges, and natural wood tones with a focus on sustainable and natural materials.
Guests will be able to enjoy international cuisine at the three newly renovated restaurants and bar. South Pacific Restaurant, offers beachfront dining that serves a' la carte lunch and dinner experience for guests; Apolima Fale, offers buffet breakfast daily and themed dinner two to three times a week; Solent Bar, is the Resort bar perfect for ocean views, tropical cocktails, local beers, and light snack.
OUTRIGGER Waikīkī Paradise Hotel
