It can be hard to get comfortable during a flight but if you find the exact right position in your chair you can usually manage a few moments of respite.

Model Alison Bowles was on a recent flight and had just managed it, laying down in the perfect position, when she felt the feet of the passenger behind her on her head.

She sat up to get a proper look at the offending feet and even filmed them, sharing the footage on her Instagram and tagging the Passenger Shaming account.

The feet appear to be female, the toenails painted red, and they are both wedged in the small space between the seats in front.

"I was laying down and felt this lady's feet on my head," she said in the post. "What should I do?"

Alison admits at the time she didn't do anything because she was "in shock".

One Instagram follower suggested she "sneeze on them".

Another comments: "Can you accidentally drop your coffee on there?"

"You absolutely have the right to tell ANYONE that they cannot have their bare feet in your personal space," advises one.
