Spectacular storm disrupts NRL and A-League

Mother Nature has thrown a spanner into Anzac Day sporting matches after a spectacular storm swept across parts of Sydney.
The storm, which lasted no more than 10 minutes, dumped hail and torrential rain and forced disruptions to both the NRL and the A-League.
In the clash between the Roosters and the Dragons, play was halted due to the threat of lightning and hail while in Parramatta, the Wanderers and the Glory game was delayed as the pitch was turned into a winter wonderland.
