HONG KONG: Here we go again.

Australia and New Zealand will add another chapter to their fierce rivalry in the Hong Kong Sevens women's final on Sunday (9.10pm AEDT).

The Aussies stormed into the decider with a 28-5 rout of France in the semi-finals while the Kiwis were even more dominant in thrashing Canada 41-0.

Maddison Levi continued her red hot form with another hat-trick at a chilly Kai Tak Stadium to break another tournament record while Bridget Clark also dotted down.

Coach Tim Walsh was happy to claim underdog status against the world series leaders.

"They're on fire, they've got a lot of key threats," Walsh said.

"We are the underdogs, it's just reality ... they're looking for one on one (opportunities), so we've got to be hard over the ball, and then hopefully we can turn it into into points and then press them.

"They haven't been pressured for the whole tournament so hopefully we can."

Top of Australia's must do checklist is limiting the impact of New Zealand's former highland dancing star Jorja Miller.

"Jorja's got very powerful hips and the way she swivels them is very hard to tackle," Walsh told Wide World of Sports.

"So it's about grip strength and getting your feet in the right position to stop her. And then after that we've got to stop the offload.

"A very powerful team with good footwork. It's going to be difficult but a challenge that we're accepting and and can't wait for."

The Aussie men, meanwhile, were no match for world series leaders Argentina in their semi.

Argentina ran out 31-7 winners with German Schulz scoring a hat-trick.

Argentina will play France in the men's final at 9.46pm AEDT.
