'Definitely not': Australian legend Jessica Fox makes huge call on Olympic future
Jessica Fox has shut down suggestions she could retire before the 2028 Olympics, with the Aussie superstar still on a high from her incredible performance in Paris.
After tasting success three years ago in Tokyo, the 30-year-old went one better this time around, claiming gold medals in both the K1 and C1 canoe slalom events.
Her sister Noemie also claimed a maiden Olympic gold medal in the kayak cross event, leading to unbelievable scenes with the entire Fox family.

With the Games winding down, Fox revealed she is looking forward to celebrating this victory after COVID wreaked havoc back in 2020 and 2021.
"We've been feeling the love from back home," she told Stan Sport's Olympics Daily.

"It has been incredible being here in Paris with the atmosphere, but to see how many people have been up in the middle of the night to watch our races [is great].
"I'm getting all these photos of kids dressing up in green and gold and making their own kayaks out of washing baskets … that is what the Olympics is about, seeing the inspiration and people getting out and having a go.
"Coming home will be really special - we didn't get to celebrate after Tokyo and celebrate in the community and share it with everyone, we will definitely be doing that.
"We will be quite busy … I can't wait to share it with everyone."

Jess and Noemie, flanked by parents Richard and Myriam, have taken Paris by storm and put Australia on their back throughout the entire Olympic campaign.
And while the celebrations back home are at the front of mind, Jess won't be stopped in her pursuit of more Olympic medals in Los Angeles four years from now.

"Right now, I'm enjoying this moment and celebrating this medal," she told The Fox's Fifi, Fev & Nick on Thursday morning.
"When I feel ready, I'll get back on the water and get back on the start line.
"We've got a couple more races towards the end of the year and the World Championships in Penrith next year ... I'm definitely not retiring.
"[I am] looking forward to having everyone back home and then the quad begins again towards LA."
