Monster blow for Blues as Latrell Mitchell ruled out of Origin II
NSW have been dealt a significant blow with Latrell Mitchell ruled out for Origin II.
The star centre missed out on Origin I with a calf injury and wasn't available for media duties on Wednesday due to a physiotherapy appointment.
"Latrell Mitchell, the Blues' biggest superstar, is out of Origin," reporter Danny Weidler said on 9News.

"It's a massive blow for Brad Fittler, the team's already lost Nathan Cleary, their guiding light, Api Koroisau, their creative hooker, and now Latrell Mitchell.

"He was at training yesterday (Wednesday) and he was watching on for the whole session because he's had the calf injury, which he injured in the very last session leading up to the first game."
South Sydney Rabbitohs physiotherapist Eddie Farah was present during Blues training on Wednesday and watched as Cameron Murray attempted to overcome a groin injury.
Liam Martin is also part of the NSW casualty ward, dealing with a concussion from the Panthers' clash with the Roosters.
Stephen Crichton, originally named as the 18th man, will replace Mitchell while Matt Burton has been called into the squad.
Crichton started in the centres in game one.
