The Mole's team of the week: The stars who lifted to pass NRL's first big Origin test
1. Clint Gutherson (Eels)
Clint Gutherson was always prominent in attack and safe when tested out in defence. A fine captain's knock against the Cowboys.
2. Jamayne Isaako (Dolphins)
Jamayne Isaako bagged two tries during his 100th game in the win over the Dragons - including one of his trademark leaps from a bomb.
3. Herbie Farnworth (Broncos)
Herbie Farnworth continued his good form, running for over 150 metres and troubling the Warriors out wide.
4. Bradman Best (Knights)
Bradman Best scored one try and was over the line on two other occasions in the thriller against Manly.
5. Kyle Feldt (Cowboys)
Kyle Feldt scored two tries in a beaten side and won his battle with Eels powerhouse Maika Sivo.
6. Dylan Brown (Eels)
Dylan Brown was involved in two tries in the Eels' win over the Cowboys, but it was his defence that gets him into the team - simply superb, saving the Eels several times with last-ditch tackles.
7. Adam Reynolds (Broncos)
Adam Reynolds was involved in three tries and, for a halfback not renowned for his running game, gained nearly 150 metres.
8. Wiremu Greig (Eels)
The youngster found himself having to lead the depleted Eels pack against the Cowboys and the responsibility brought out the best in him.
9. Jeremy Marshall-King (Dolphins)
Jeremy Marshall-King topped his team's tackle count and was always a threat out of dummyhalf, having a hand in a couple of tries.
10. Addin Fonua-Blake (Warriors)
The big man ran for a mammoth 260 metres - a fine effort in a beaten side against the Broncos.
