Maori All-Stars win!
A terrific finish there!
The Maori All-Stars have won 10-6.
Do we have a winner?
No we don't!
Dane Gagai has pulled off a miracle.
Puru was over for sure and Gagai raked the ball out from over the line.
"Wow, so close," Phil Gould said on Nine.
"A match-saving play by Dane Gagai," Mat Thompson said.
Naden denied
It looks like a match-winner from Brent Naden!
He went over in the corner and the try was awarded.
But his back leg always looked suspicious.
And the Bunker's replay showed Will Warbrick had put him into touch.
Arthars having a storming game
The Maori boys are up and about.
A cross kick comes to Jesse Arthars and he taps it back into Jacob Laban who has an open run to the line and scores.
The try is converted and the Maori All-Stars lead 10-6.
Naden's stunner
Brent Naden has pulled off one of the great try-savers!
Mawene Hiroti picked up a loose ball in his own half and had no one in front of him.
But Naden chased him down just before the try line.
"Brent Naden is an Indigenous All-Stars hero," Mat Thompson said on Nine.
Phil Gould noted however that Hiroti made a crucial mistake.
"If he runs to the corner he scores for certain, I think he underestimated Brent Naden's speed there .. great chase," he said.
The Maori boys are in!
We have a game on our hands!
The Maori All-Stars spread the ball to the right and Jesse Arthars managed to get on the outside of his opposite number and scored.
The try isn't converted so the Indigenous All-Stars lead 6-4.
Tensions brewing again
We've got another push and shove.
Dane Gagai is involved and it's all because of a dangerous tackle from Jacob Sykes on Jesse McLean.
Not much comes of it though.
Oh maybe not
The try is under review now.
Dane Gagai has first been ruled to escort Alofiana Khan-Pereira.
Then the Bunker says Khan-Pereira knocked the ball on.
So it's no try but a penalty to the Indigenous All-Stars.
They're cooking now
One try brings two!
The Indigenous All-Stars are on fire now.
A cross kick brought the ball loose near the line. And of course it was the slick and quick Hamiso Tabuai-Fidow sliding in to score.
