Hamiso Tabuai-Fidow reportedly considering change of allegiance ahead of Ashes series
Kevin Walters hasn't officially started as Kangaroos coach yet but could already have his hands full with Hamiso Tabuai-Fidow reportedly considering his international future, according to The Sydney Morning Herald.
Tabuai-Fidow previously played for Samoa in 2022 but has since represented the Kangaroos, however he could revert back to the men in blue for the Pacific Championships.
The Kangaroos will head to England for an Ashes series at the end of the season, with Walters set to be named as coach.

Tabuai-Fidow's form for the Dolphins and Queensland would make him a certain starter for Australia.

However, he joins the likes of Tino Fa'asuamaleaui and Payne Haas who are also considering who they'll represent.
Walters is yet to be officially announced as the Kangaroos' new coach but he is expected to sign a three-match deal.

If Tabuai-Fidow chooses to represent Samoa, Dylan Edwards would be the likely fullback with Reece Walsh also in contention.
The Dolphins fullback played centre in the Pacific Championships final last year, with Xavier Coates and Zac Lomax on the wings. Tom Trbojevic was the other centre.
