Kodi Nikorima 'snipered' by awful hamstring injury as coach confirms month on the sidelines

The Dolphins' strong first half against the Rabbitohs was dealt a cruel blow after Kodi Nikorima went down with a hamstring injury. Post-match, coach Kristian Woolf confirmed he could be out for up to six weeks.
With just over two minutes left, Nikorima kicked down-field and was one of the first there to try and tackle Tyrone Munro.
However, as soon as he braced, he grimaced in pain and went down clutching at his hamstring.

"That just went from nowhere, he's in awful pain," caller Dan Ginnane said on Fox League.

Nikorima eventually hobbled off with medical staff assisting him.
Mick Ennis added: "Kodi Nikorima has been in sublime form, he kicks downfield and just goes after it and just as he's about to launch into collision, he just gets sniperered."
The injury put a sad note on the Dolphins' unbelievable start despite conceding a try to Jack Wighton in the first three minutes.

It was all the home side from there, though, with Jeremy Marshall-King and Hamiso Tabuai-Fidow scoring first for their side.
Nikorima himself went over in the 27th minute before Jake Averillo scored moments later.
Tabuai-Fidow managed to score his second after Nikorima had left the field with the score 30-6 at the break.
Nikorima's halves partner Isaiya Katoa was the superstar from the half, tallying up two try assists, one line break and one line break assist.
Tabuai-Fidow had a hat-trick when he scored first after the break.
The Rabbitohs hit back through a Tallis Duncan double, but from there it was a try-for-try affair.
Tabuai-Fidow made it four, while Kurt Donoghoe ran 80 metres to score for the Dolphins. Jack Wighton and Davvy Moale were the other try-scorers for the Rabbitohs.
The Dolphins finished 50-28 winners. Katoa finished with four try assists for the match.
