Canberra UFC supremo Dana White to blow the Viking horn when they open their campaign in Las Vegas has been knocked back.
According to The Sydney Morning Herald, the club's bid to get White in their corner for the season opener this weekend won't come to fruition.
The polarising mind behind the combat sports colossus had previously said he would be in attendance at Allegiant Stadium on March 2 (AEDT).

Raiders boss Don Furner last week said the club had reached out to plenty of famous faces to blow their famous horn in Sin City.
"We've reached out to a few high-profile celebrities, including Dana White, Tom Brady, Rob Gronkowski and Las Vegas Raiders head coach Pete Carroll," he told the Herald.
"We'd be honoured if one of them were to blow the horn. It would provide incredible worldwide exposure."
White was recently spotted rubbing shoulders with a number of rugby league types at the UFC 312 event in Sydney, including back-rower Hudson Young.
A number of players from the Las Vegas Raiders have also been sounded out, with the Aussie club building a relationship with their American namesake in recent years.
Canberra will have a special Viking horn for the game due to the costs of transporting their usual version overseas.
The push from the Green Machine comes as the game's powerbrokers ramp up their audacious plan to bring Donald Trump to the double-header.
