'What he needs to hear': Raiders coach Ricky Stuart speaks out on breakdown between him and Corey Horsburgh
Canberra Raiders coach Ricky Stuart has insisted there's no personal gripe between him and Corey Horsburgh despite the prop wanting out.
Horsburgh is reportedly on the radar of the Tigers, Broncos and Dragons as he considers a move elsewhere despite being contracted until 2027.
The Origin representative's manager has previously told media there's been a breakdown in the relationship between Horsburgh and Stuart.

After the prop scored the winning try against the Dragons on Saturday night, Stuart revealed where the relationship between the two currently sits.

"It's what he's got in him. He's a very skillful player. He's played one Origin. He's played a grand final for us. He's been at the club for a long time," he said.
"I've got no doubt about his football talent ... there's nothing personal with Corey and I, there's nothing personal at all. I really like Corey as a person, I'm just trying to help Corey."

Stuart added the decision solely relies with the prop.
"It's purely up to Corey. I want Corey at the club and Corey knows the way I need him at the club. That's not my decision.
"... As I say, it's not a personal issue with Corey and I. I tell Red (Horsburgh) what he needs to hear, his father's a big supporter, his mother's down in the changeroom now, his family. All the boys want Red playing beside him when he's like this today."
