Super League clubs Bradford Bulls and Leigh Leopards from England will also play each other as part of the triple header.
The NRL has not confirmed what date the season will kick off, although in recent years it has been late February or the start of March.
"Four direct NRL charter flights — two from Sydney and one each from Brisbane and Melbourne — will fly directly to Las Vegas, each themed to participating clubs," the league said in a statement.
