Thanks for tuning in!
Well what a bloody day of action that was.
Between Norway and Haaland slaying Brazil, and the game of the tournament that followed in Mexico.
Hope you enjoyed it. We will see you bright and early tomorrow morning for Portugal v Spain!
Can Haaland now slay England?
England survived Mexico and the Azteca, but now they must face up against Norway and Erling Haaland, fresh off his two goals against Brazil.
France versus Morocco is the other confirmed quarterfinal match-up.
We’ll find out more tomorrow when USA plays Belgium and Portugal plays Spain. The winners of those games will then face off.

Hold on - Bellingham might be fine here
It appears, despite the strong indication on commentary and on multiple official platforms, Jude Bellingham did not actually receive a yellow card. Instead, it went to Henderson.
That would be an enormous sigh of relief for England and mean he is available for the next round.
Still no Jarell Quansah, but Bellingham seemingly free to play!
Cruel 95th minute twist to cost England's best player
Not to burst the English bubble, but it’s worth reiterating that they will be without Jude Bellingham and Jarell Quansah for their next match, despite advancing.
Bellingham picked up his second yellow, while Quansah was sent off with a red card.
Hard to imagine King Charles is going to do a Trump and force FIFA to overturn the cards.
England conquers the Azteca in absolute thriller
England has knocked out Mexico at the Azteca, holding on grimly for 20 minutes despite being down a man to win 3-2.
‘It’s coming home’ echoes around the stadium to almost total silence. England survives multiple close chances in the final moments. What a game.
Harry Kane’s penalty in the 60th minute ultimately proved the difference. Having just gone down to 10 men, it was the breathing room they needed.
They defended grimly from there and held on to win.
Bellingham handed yellow card: Out of the quarter final
Jude Bellingham has copped a yellow card here in the dying stages. It’s his second in recent games, which rules him out of the quarter final, should England hold on here.
Enormous story, that. He’s scored twice here in Mexico City.
Yellow card for Vasquez as well and Henderson.
11 minutes of time added
These 11 minute will feel like an hour for English fans watching at 4am local time.
England holding on approaching added time
England has parked the biggest double-decker London red bus in front of the goal here. It’s been a nervy 20 minutes as Mexico attacks with everything they’ve got.
Only a few minutes left before added time. England still leads 3-2. Can they hold on?
England parking the bus
England are defending with their lives. Almost every player in the box as Mexico attacks with everything they’ve got.
No thought of a counterattack here. They are defending their way to the end here as they lead 3-2, but with only 10 men on the pitch.
