'Bring us down at every opportunity': Ange Postecoglou gives defiant response after Tottenham booed off
Ange Postecoglou has brushed aside the response from Tottenham fans after a costly 1-1 draw against Fulham on Monday morning (AEDT).
Just one week after an incredible 4-0 victory over Manchester City, Postecoglou's men came crashing back down to earth and dropped two crucial points.
Brennan Johnson opened the scoring for Spurs, but Tom Cairney's strike less than 15 minutes later put the teams on level-pegging.

Cairney was given a red card with seven minutes of regulation time remaining, but the hosts failed to capitalise in what looms as a major blow to their top-four hopes.

Tottenham now sit in seventh spot on the Premier League table and are three points behind Brighton and Man City.
The fans weren't overly pleased with the performance from Tottenham and let their displeasure known, with some jeers and boos firing throughout the stadium.
When quizzed about the reaction from the fans post-game, Postecoglou claimed that he wasn't aware of the backlash, but is adamant his team are still on the right track.
"What do you mean? Oh, I didn't hear that," he said.
"I'm not talking about the supporters. It's too easy to say let's just play like we did against Man City every game. It somehow again seems with this club that whatever it is that we do well is then used as a millstone to bring us down at every other opportunity.

"I guess from my perspective, as I keep saying, it's really important that we don't react to any of that and just stay focused.
"I just sometimes feel like, especially the players we've got at the moment, they're just working really hard for this football club to try and progress to where we want to be.
"We're still in good shape. In a decent position in the league ... still in the Carabao Cup, we're in a decent position in Europe. It's about us maintaining our focus."
Tottenham will now turn their attention to a clash with Bournemoth on Friday morning, before a huge London derby showdown against third-placed Chelsea next Monday.
