Ambidextrous spinner turns out for Tasmania as BBL heavy-hitters plunder centuries
He's flown under the radar despite being able to perform perhaps the rarest skill in cricket, but Nivethan Radhakrishnan's ambidextrous bowling talents were again on display in a domestic one-day game on Sunday.
And in the same clash between Tasmania and South Australia at Adelaide Oval, Melbourne Renegades excitement packet Mackenzie Harvey struck 129 runs from 118 balls before BBL final hero Mitch Owen belted a century of his own.
Owen won man of the match after his side chased down South Australia's 9-329 with six balls remaining, winning by two wickets.

However, South Australia had already ensured itself of a place in the tournament final, in which the Redbacks will face Victoria at Adelaide Oval on March 1.
Radhakrishnan took two wickets as he made his debut in Australia's top domestic 50-over tournament, and although he claimed both scalps bowling left-arm orthodox, he also sent down some right-arm off-spinners.
In the 33rd over, the 22-year-old removed South Australia's first drop Daniel Drew for 63 when he beat the right-hander with a left-arm delivery that ripped out his off-stump.

And he again beat a batter's defence in the 43rd over when he got a left-arm delivery to shoot between Ben Manenti's bat and front pad, bowling the right-hander for 2.
Radhakrishnan finished with 2-61 from 10 overs.
The Indian-born talent moved to Sydney in 2013 and bounced around multiple clubs, before signing with Cricket Tasmania four years ago.
He's played four first-class games for Tasmania and was a member of the Cricket Australia XI that faced the England Lions in Brisbane in January.

He also spent time as a net bowler for the Delhi Capitals when Ricky Ponting was coaching the Indian Premier League franchise.
At the 2022 Under-19 World Cup, Radhakrishnan won man of the match after taking 3-31 and making 66 with the bat to guide Australia to victory in a third-place play-off against Afghanistan.
In Sunday's one-day match at Adelaide Oval, South Australia's Harvey struck 14 fours and four sixes at the top of the order in his knock of 129.

The 24-year-old brought up his second century in List A cricket and his second of the summer.
Meanwhile, almost a month after plundering the equal-fastest century in BBL history to lift the Hobart Hurricanes to victory in the tournament final, Owen bludgeoned 149 from 69 balls at Adelaide Oval.
The destructive 23-year-old opener, who is sure to be raking in IPL riches for years to come, hammered 14 fours and 10 sixes.
He also notched his maiden ton in List A cricket and took just 48 balls to get there.
