'Doesn't look great': England captain Ben Stokes in doubt for Sri Lanka test due to hamstring injury
In a troubling sight for the England cricket team, Test captain Ben Stokes was carried off the field while playing for the Supercharges in the Hundred after suffering a hamstring injury.
The 33-year-old all-rounder was batting for the Leeds-based team when he was forced to retire after a single run.
Assisted by trainers from the green at Old Trafford as Superchargers' captain Harry Brook took to the field as his replacement.

Following a short period of play, Stokes returned to the boundary on crutches to watch the remainder of the Superchargers seven-wicket victory.
"It doesn't look great, unfortunately," said Brook.

"I think he'll be getting a scan tomorrow and we'll see how he is."
Stokes led England to a 3-0 series sweep against the West Indies last month, with the team ambitious to replicate the result against Sri Lanka from August 21.
Should Stokes be unavailable for the nearing Test start date, England vice-captain Ollie Pope will be the likely candidate to step into his position.
Stokes seemingly recovered from knee surgery earlier this year that had limited his ability to bowl at all levels.
He opted to sit out of the Indian Premier League and T20 World Cup as a measure to return to full health, before making his return to the game for the West Indies series.
England will be without opener Zak Cawley for the Sri Lanka series as he continues to recover from a fractured finger. Dan Lawrence is set to open in his absence.
