Brisbane Heat batsman Joe Burns will likely miss the rest of the Big Bash League because of injury.
Burns tore a groin muscle when he fell while fielding at training on Wednesday.
The Heat's physiotherapist Martin Love says Burns is unlikely to be available for the rest of the BBL.
