A truly incredible start to the Test series in Perth.
We'll catch you back here tomorrow for all the action between Australia and India.
Incredible stat behind Perth drama
The 17 wickets taken between both teams today is the most on the first day of a Test match in Australia since 1952.
Crazy day comes to an end
Starc punches the ball down the ground over mid-off for a boundary in the final over.
India close out the day in complete control, with Bumrah the pick of the bowlers so far with four wickets including the prized scalps of Smith and Khawaja.
This has been a crazy start to the Test series, with 17 wickets falling on the first day.
"I don't think anyone could have envisaged this happening," Michael Vaughan said.
"Australia are up against the best bowler in the world. He has had it on a string. Bumrah produced an opening burst up there with the best you have ever seen in Test cricket.
"It has taken them 27 overs to get that swagger back."

Bumrah strikes again
India's captain gets his Aussie rival!
Bumrah strikes again as Cummins fails to see off the pace attack, snicking off to Pant behind the stumps in another huge blow.
7-59 with a couple of overs left in the day at Optus Stadium.
'No surprise' as Carey goes aerial
Carey flicks the ball fine for a boundary, taking the Aussies past the 50-run mark, before playing a nice uppercut shot over the slips cordon for another four runs.
"It's not a surprise to me that he's the player who has looked the most comfortable, because he has been playing cricket," Michael Vaughan said on Fox Cricket.
The keeper has been in strong form in the domestic competitions prior to the Test series kicking off today and he'll need to keep that going.
Ugly stat for Labuschagne
Marnus trapped in front
Bumrah is back into the attack as he looks to inflict further pain on the Aussies.
However, it's Siraj who strikes late for the tourists as Labuschagne is given out lbw.
The eccentric No.3 batter reviews the decision, but the third umpire sticks with the on-field decision and he's sent on his way.
Labuschagne departs for 2 off 52 balls.
Australia are six wickets down and we're not even at stumps for the day yet.

Marsh sent packing
Marsh is gone - or is he?
The all-rounder edges it off Siraj and it falls into the hands of Rahul in the slips, who celebrates like he has taken a clean catch.
The umpires send it upstairs for review and judge that Rahul's fingers were under the ball, so Marsh is sent packing in another major blow for the Aussies.

Aussies four down
Now it's Head who is on his way courtesy of the debutant Rana.
The left-hander is knocked over and the Aussies are left reeling at 4-31 after 11 overs.
"This is a jaffa," Kerry O'Keeffe said on Fox Cricket.
"This is a very good delivery ... that is a pearler. Australia are in deep doo-doo."

Marnus chewing them
Head is looking to go on the attack and the bowling of Rana gifts him an easy couple of boundaries, giving the left-hander some loose deliveries.
Marnus on the other hand is yet to get off the mark after 22 balls.
