Terzievski, 34, boasts a 12-1 record and is one of only two men to have defeated former NRL star Paul Gallen in the ring.
Pedro, 33, is making his professional boxing debut after a stellar UFC career.
"Look, at the end of the day, I'm over this bullshit talk, UFC, boxing," Terzievski told Stan Sport.

"You've got a UFC fighter that's coming into the boxing game now. He couldn't make it in his own sport and he says he's not doing this for a cash grab - this and this.
"I heard his last interview, in his UFC contest, said he had to rob someone on the way out because he wasn't making enough money and all of a sudden he's coming to boxing and he's the 'A side,' making all the money.
"It's all about the Tyson Pedro show. Well, the reality is this. You know, you can say all the pressure's on me. I'm fighting a 0-0 boxer.
"The pressure's on him. He's in his own hometown.
"If he loses to me, there ain't no going back to the UFC and then you've lost your first boxing fight. So look, if Tyson beats me, I'll shake his hand. Congratulations.
"But when I beat him, he's got nowhere to go."

Victorian Terzievski beat Gallen by unanimous decision in a high profile fight in Newcastle in 2022.
It irks him that all the attention is now on Pedro two years on.
"The fact that I am being disrespected, I feel like it's Gallen all over again. Had an NRL bloke who thought he was a boxer, he's come over to the sport, done a few things and all of a sudden I'm the underdog on the 'B side.' So they're going to learn for the second time round they've picked the wrong guy. They've made the mistake again and on November 20 I'm going to show them all."
