'Best coin spent': Jack Ginnivan almost certainly facing fine after middle-finger salute

Livewire Hawthorn forward Jack Ginnivan will almost certainly be fined after sticking up his middle finger at an Adelaide fan after the Hawks' loss on Friday night.
In reply to a video of it circulating on Instagram, the 22-year-old wrote: "Best coin spent."
After a 14-point loss in front of a 50,654-strong crowd at Adelaide Oval, Ginnivan gave the middle-finger salute to a Crows fan as he walked up the race.

During the game, he won the ball at a stoppage, snapped a goal off his left boot and put his hand to his ear. He copped a chorus of boos in reply.
Ginnivan finished the game with 20 disposals and a goal.

During West Coast's loss to Brisbane at the Gabba in round two, former No.1 draft pick Harley Reid stuck his middle finger up at Lions fans. The AFL fined him $1000.
After Geelong's win over the Crows at Adelaide Oval in round five, star Cats midfielder Bailey Smith gave an opposition fan the double-finger salute as he walked up the tunnel. The AFL hit him with a $1000 fine.
During Gold Coast's clash with GWS in round 15, Suns coach Damien Hardwick stuck his middle finger up in reply to an umpire not awarding a free kick. Footage of the incident surfaced on Fox Footy's AFL 360 a day after the game, and the AFL slapped the premiership-winning coach with a $2000 fine.
