As someone who either goes to the gym, runs, or is in the yoga studio almost every day, I'm very picky about the gear I buy.

When it comes to clothing, it has to be soft, supportive, and sweat-wicking. I need a bag that can hold all my gear and workwear. I need shoes that can go the miles and endure the pounding on the gym floor. And I desperately need to stay hydrated and refreshed.
