Training fit
I don’t think I could pick one favourite training fit, but I definitely have a few go-tos I rotate through depending on the session.
For me, high-quality, supportive training gear is non-negotiable. I need pieces that can actually keep up with the intensity of my training.
That’s why I love LSKD. Everything is designed to move with you, stay in place and perform through every session, whether it’s speed work, gym or recovery.
For high-speed track work and gym sessions, I always reach for the LSKD Fusion Ultra-High Rise 4″ Short with Pockets or the LSKD Accelerate 3″ Mid Rise Running Short, paired with the LSKD Velocity Sports Bra. It’s all about comfort, support, and a really flattering fit.
For Pilates, I go for the LSKD Elixir Ultra High-Rise 4″ Short with Pockets and the LSKD Vitality Active Tank. They’re buttery soft and perfect for lower intensity sessions where I still want to feel supported yet comfortable.
Supreme sneakers
My go-to spikes for speed are the Nike Maxfly 2 and for warm-ups I love the Nike Vomero Plus. They’ve got the perfect mix of cushioning and responsiveness for my sprint warm-ups.
In the gym, I often choose to train in the Nike Metcon 10 for my cross-training sessions because they’re super stable and supportive when I’m lifting or doing plyometric work.

Things she swears by for a boost of confidence on the track
I swear by the whole “look good, feel good, run good” mindset.
I actually love the getting-ready part, especially on race day. There’s something about the routine before I even get to the track that really excites me. Having my nails done, a bit of makeup and wearing a kit that makes me feel powerful and comfortable helps me feel like myself and ready to switch on.
For makeup, I’m obsessed with the Charlotte Tilbury Beautiful Skin Foundation. It gives that soft, glowy, natural finish without feeling heavy. I also love matching my nails to my outfit colour - that’s a non-negotiable for me on race week.
I’m also always in an LSKD kit. Whether it’s my race day uniform or training fit, I love high-quality pieces in bright colours that make me feel confident and ready to perform. When I feel good in how I show up, I always perform better.

What are her recovery non-negotiables?
My WHOOP is definitely number one. I’ve worn it for over two years now, and I rely on it daily to track sleep, strain and recovery insights.
It’s honestly been that extra 1 per cent that’s helped me stay on top of my sleep and make better decisions around my training and recovery.
I also love my Hyperice Normatec compression boots. I use them daily, and especially when I’m travelling, to help support circulation and muscle recovery. They’re great for getting the blood moving after hard sessions, helping reduce that heavy-leg feeling and allowing me to feel more recovered and ready to go again.
The infrared sauna is another big one for me. I actually have one at home and I try to use it for about 20 minutes three times a week. And I also take Pillar Performance Triple Magnesium every single night to support my recovery and sleep. The lemon lime flavour is my favourite. I take it right before bed as part of my nightly routine.

Favourite beauty, skincare, and makeup, picks
My beauty routine is pretty simple and consistent. I like products that feel good on my skin and work in all conditions, especially with training. For skincare, I swear by the Hada Labo Tokyo range. I use the Gentle Hydrating Cleanser and the Intense Hydrating Skin-Plumping Gel. It’s affordable, feels really nice on my skin and is honestly the only skincare I’ve consistently loved across all seasons.
For makeup, my everyday routine is:

It’s a really quick, glowy routine that holds up through training days but still feels lightweight and natural.

When it comes to pregnancy saviours
Pregnancy has definitely introduced a few new non-negotiables into my routine.
The Bangn Body Firming Oil + Lotion Duo has been one of my favourites. As my bump grows, I’ve loved using it every morning and night to keep my skin feeling really hydrated and nourished, hopefully avoiding stretch marks.
My Butterfly Pregnancy Pillow has honestly been a game changer. I’m naturally a back sleeper, so it’s helped stop me from rolling onto my back overnight while giving my bump and hips the support they need for a much more comfortable sleep.
The LSKD maternity leggings have been another pregnancy essential. They’ve grown with my bump, are incredibly comfortable without feeling restrictive, and have allowed me to stay comfortable whether I’m training, walking or just wearing them all day. And lastly, I’d have to say staying active itself has been one of my biggest pregnancy saviours.
Moving my body in a way that feels good - whether it’s strength training, walking or modified track sessions - has helped me feel physically and mentally like myself throughout the journey. I’m so grateful I’ve still been able to keep up some sort of training routine.

Has anything totally lived up to the hype?
My Breville Barista Pro coffee machine has completely lived up to the hype. I use it every single day, and it’s honestly saved so much time and money.

What are the things you always have on you when travelling?
I always try to make travelling feel as comfortable as possible, especially with how much time I spend flying for training and competitions.
A few things you’ll always find in my carry-on are:
Apple AirPods Max
Apple AirPods Max Apple
The noise-cancelling is unreal. Whether I’m on a flight or in a busy airport, they help me switch off.
A comfy tracksuit set

Comfort is everything when I’m travelling. I always wear something cosy that still looks put together, especially for long-haul flights.
Apple iPad
Apple iPad Apple
This is my go-to for watching movies, reading, catching up on work, or planning content while I’m on the move. It makes travel days go so much quicker.
Loop Quiet 2
Loop Earplugs Loop
These are a lifesaver for sleep on long-haul flights.
The best ways to decompress and relax after a busy week
I’m a big believer that recovery isn’t just physical; it’s mental too. Living on the Gold Coast, my favourite way to switch off is getting down to the beach for a sunrise or sunset walk with my husband Matt and Cavoodle Maple. It just helps me wind down from all the chaos in my life and appreciate the little things.
