Woman claims she's discovered a foolproof way to catch men cheating: 'Just to be safe'

The girls are getting creative.

There's a new video doing the rounds on TikTok after one creator has shared what she believes is a foolproof hack to make sure she doesn't accidentally end up as 'the other woman'.

Dalia Grande posted a video of herself getting ready for a first date, putting the finishing touches on her look by spraying herself head to toe with glitter.

Text over the video noted that "Married men HATE glitter" with Grande adding in the caption, "Just to be safe".

The theory goes as follows: If her glitterified body touches the man she's on a date with, it will rub off on him. So, if he then goes home to his wife, she'll see the glitter and know he's been with another woman.

It's basically an unspoken girl code of sorts, a way for women to look out for each other even if they never actually meet.

And the best part is, the men seem to have no idea.

The comments section was overrun with men either saying that they're single and still "hate" glitter or that her date is most likely to simply "ignore the glitter".

"Ok but I'm single and I can't stand glitter?" read one comment.

Another further enforced the fact that the men in the comments section simply had no clue the true intention behind the glitter and wrote, "Coming from a man who's not married, we ALL hate glitter."

Now, while Grande's method was praised as genius by many women who will seemingly be adopting the practice for future first dates, it's not the first time glitter has been used as a tool to catch cheating men.

Most recently, a trend took the internet by storm where women would leave hidden glitter bombs to catch their unsuspecting partners in the act.

Most commonly, these glitter bombs were hidden behind the mirror in the visor of the passenger seat.

That way, if someone was riding passenger seat and pulled down the mirror to say, fix their makeup for example, the glitter would go all throughout the car.

And we all know that once glitter touches a surface, it's never coming off.

Now, it's important to note that there are probably better ways to go about it if you have suspicions that your partner is cheating.

But, in terms of Grande's method, there's no harm in spraying a little glitter before a date
