Amber paid $1200 for wonky and cheap-looking hair extensions: 'Was the stylist blind?'
When Amber forked out $1200 for blonde extensions, she hoped her hair would be transformed into a long, luscious mane.
The US woman visited an unnamed hair salon for a full head of extensions back in 2020 — but she was less than impressed with the disastrous result.
Sharing her experience to TikTok, Amber revealed her blonde locks were wonky and uneven, with the extensions visibly poking out from her natural hair.

"The time I spent $900 (A$1200) on hair extensions and left the salon looking like this," she captioned the video.
"Also to add the cherry on top, I never got my money back."
Amber shared a photo of the back of her head, which showed the blunt layers of her natural hair and long layers of extensions.
The extensions were poorly attached and were not blended with the rest of her hair at all.
"$900 just went down the drain because I can't get a refund either," Amber said in another video.

Amber's salon fail struck a chord with her TikTok followers, who demanded she get a refund.
"Was the stylist blind?" one person joked, while another wrote: "I would not have paid absolutely no way."
Responding to a comment, Amber said the hairdresser defended her handiwork by telling her: "the only way they will blend is if they are curled every day".
"Girl. The way I would have fought that hairdresser," another commenter wrote.
One added: "I'm a hairdresser and I'm telling you to get a refund."
