The grandmother, granddaughter duo were all-smiles as they chatted away on the balcony.

The pair seemed to enjoy a laugh during their public appearance as Princess Estelle was pictured smiling animatedly at something in the crowd.

In one heartwarming picture, Princess Estelle was captured resting her head on her grandmother's shoulder while the festivities continued.

One of the most memorable moments from the celebration was the hilarious antics of Prince Julian of Sweden that rivalled that of Prince Louis of Wales.
Princess Sofia, Duchess of Värmland was in attendance at her father-in-law's birthday celebration along with her sons Julian, Alexander and Gabriel.
At one point Prince Julian, three, rested his head on the balcony as he started to appear fatigued of the festivities.

In another moment caught on camera, Prince Julian started to hold on to his mother's hair after she had lifted him into her arms.

At one point Princess Sofia wrapped her youngest son in a coat on the balcony while still holding him in her arms.

Victoria is the heir apparent to the Swedish throne as the eldest child of King Carl XVI Gustaf and Queen Silvia of Sweden.
The Crown Princess was joined by her husband Prince Daniel, Duke of Västergötland and their two children Princess Estelle and Prince Oscar.
