Sophie, Countess of Wessex dons military camouflage and plays video games during visit to RAF base
Sophie, Countess of Wessex visited the Royal Air Force base in Wittering on Tuesday, located about two hours north of her home at Bagshot Park.
The Queen's daughter-in-law swapped her usual glamorous outfits for military camouflage as she watched Armed Forces teams compete in the annual Wessex Cup.
Sophie, who has the honorary title of Air Commodore, RAF Wittering met with members outdoors before taking part in a bit of Dirt Rally 2.

As mum to two teens, the 56-year-old looked at ease while playing the video game and appeared totally in the zone.
The outing was the Countess of Wessex's return to work after the UK summer break - Sophie is among a number of royals returning to public engagements this week, after taking August off.
During her break the Countess, along with husband Prince Edward and their two kids Lady Louise, 17 and James, Viscount Severn, 13, visited Her Majesty at Balmoral in Scotland.
The Wessex Cup sees regiments and organisations the Countess holds honorary military appointments with compete against each other in a series of challenges.

This year, personnel from RAF Wittering, the Royal Corps of Army Music, Queen Alexandra's Royal Army Nursing Corps , HMS Daring and the 5th Battalion The Rifles took part, while the Countess's Canadian Regiments joined in remotely.
In October 2019, when the last tournament was held, the teams that competed for the title were: RAF Wittering The Royal Corps of Army Music, Queen Alexandra's Royal Army Nursing Corps and 5th Battalion The Rifles.
They took part in an assault course, followed by a round in the swimming pool where teams had to build a life raft.
In a final round, teams were required to build an 'armoured vehicle' during a session in the gym and the final creations were assessed by the royal, with 5th Battalion The Rifles proving victorious.
