Sarah Ferguson ‘lying low’ in UK and ‘embracing her family life’, spokesperson says
Sarah Ferguson is back in the UK and living in a rented home just outside of London, her spokesperson confirmed.
Fergie, as she’s known, moved back in the late UK summer, so likely in August, after spending some months hidden away in the Austrian Alps.

But it seems the Duchess of York is back in the UK to stay.
“She’s resettling here, lying low while she looks at the next stage. She’s happy spending time with her family and focusing on her relocation,” her spokesperson told US publication People magazine.
“She is embracing her family life and seeing her grandchildren.”
It’s understood Ferguson has been spending plenty of time with her youngest daughter Princess Eugenie, who welcomed daughter Adelaide in August.
The 36-year-old also has two older sons, August, 5, and Earnest, 3.
Ferguson’s older daughter Princess Beatrice also has young children.

The 38-year-old is mum to step-son Christopher “Woolfie” Woolf, 10, as well as daughters Sienna, 5, and Athena, 1.
Ferguson, 67, relocated to Austria for a number of months after the release of the Epstein files last November, which included emails between her and the convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.
She’s not been accused of any wrongdoing regarding the late disgraced financier.
The documents, released by the US Department of Justice, also heavily featured her ex-husband Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor, who was stripped of his princely titles by brother King Charles as a result.
As part of loss of titles, then-Prince Andrew was also made to give up his home of Royal Lodge in Windsor, where Ferguson still lived with him more than 30 years after their divorce.

Mountbatten-Windsor was given a place to stay on the King’s private estate, in Sandringham, Norfolk, in the north-east of the country.
Ferguson has opted to rent a house in an area called Home Counties, which features a number of regions that are in the commuter belt to London, such as Essex to the east, Surrey to the south, Berkshire to the west and Hertfordshire to the north.
While they live hundreds of kilometres apart now and are believed to have not seen each other in person since Mountbatten-Windsor’s move to Sandringham, it’s understood the former couple are in regular contact.

“They have an ongoing cordial and supportive relationship as co-parents and co-grandparents,” Fergie’s spokesperson told the US publication.
Ferguson made a rare public appearance last week, alongside her daughters, at the funeral of family friend, businessman and race driver Paddy McNally.
Before that, the 67-year-old hadn’t been seen in public since the Duchess of Kent’s funeral in September last year.
Little is known of what Fergie plans to do next, but her spokesperson has said it does not include a third tell-all memoir, as has been widely speculated.
