King Charles 'besotted' with the newest addition to the royal family
Last week, the world learned that Queen Camilla had welcomed a new dog into the family but it's not the only new arrival in the royal household.
King Charles III has a new dog, which arrived as a surprised gift for the British monarch last month.
"Charles is besotted with his puppy," a palace insider told The Sun. "He hasn't had one since Tigga. The breed is a truffle-hunter."

Tigga was King Charles' pet Jack Russell who died in 2002 at the age of 18. The king hasn't had a new dog since then, until now.
The new four-legged friend is believed to be a lagotto romagnolo, a rare truffle-hunting breed from Italy, adorably named Snuff.
The breed is known to come from the Emilia-Romagna region of Italy where Their Majesties are expected to visit next month.

It comes only days after Camilla revealed she has adopted a new dog of her own.
She revealed the royal household's new arrival while at a museum in Canterbury last week.
While meeting with museum patrons with visual impairment at Beaney House of Art & Knowledge, Her Majesty patted a golden retriever service dog when the conversation came up.
"I've just got a new puppy, she's eight-weeks-old," the 77-year-old told them.
Camilla also told them the rescue puppy, born on Boxing Day, has been called Moley because "it looks just like a mole".
When asked the breed of the dog, the monarch laughed and quipped "well, you may well ask – a bit of everything".
It's believed Moley is a female dog with a mixed breeding – her mother is half Jack Russell, half unknown; while her father's breed is unknown, according to Hello! magazine.

Camilla's new pet comes only months after she lost her beloved Jack Russell Terrier Beth.
The queen was said to be "heartbroken" after making the decision to put the dog down after the diagnosis of an untreatable tumour.
The news was revealed by Buckingham Palace in a message on social media which read: "A sad farewell to Beth, the Queen's much-loved companion from Battersea Dogs and Cats Home who brought such joy, whether on walkies, helping on official duties, or curled up by the fire".

The queen also has another rescue dog – a Jack Russell Terrier called Bluebell. Like Beth and Bluebell, Moley is also from Battersea Dogs and Cats Home, a charity which Her Majesty is the royal patron of.
Her Majesty's love of dogs is almost as well known as her famous mother-in-law, with the late Queen Elizabeth II synonymous with her favourite breed, corgis.
