Princess Charlotte undertakes royal engagement with her parents
Less than two months after undertaking her first ever royal engagement in Wales during the Queen's Platinum Jubilee weekend, Princess Charlotte was back at it.
The seven-year-old joined Prince William and Kate for her first solo royal engagement with her parents on Tuesday.
In between attending sporting events in Birmingham, the Cambridges paid a visit to SportsAid House at the 2022 Commonwealth Games.

During the visit, Lawler tasked the seven-year-old with updating a Team England medal board with new bronze and silver medals.
He also covered his ears, as did the young royal, when the special guests were given a presumably noisy demonstration of a bicycle-powered fruit smoothie maker.
The blender filled with fruit was powered by pedalling beach volleyball players Joaquin and Javier Bello.

The princess then joined in with a nutritional workshop and helped her parents place pictures of foods like nuts, bread and grapes into the right food groups: protein, carbohydrates, antioxidants and healthy fats.
The seven-year-old, who was dressed in a £39 ($69) navy Breton striped jersey dress by UK designer Rachel Riley, got a bit of help from her parents but not a lot – the young royal seemed to know what she was doing.
The royals also met with athletes and team members before the trio posed for a group photo, with Princess Charlotte sitting front and centre.

The program will see around 1000 talented young athletes and aspiring support staff given the opportunity to attend the Commonwealth Games and take a first-hand look behind the scenes.
The aim is to better prepare athletes to deliver medal-winning performances as debutants at future Games.
It also gives support staff a chance to see challenges they may face at a multi-sport competition.

Princess Charlotte's older brother Prince George recently took part in his first solo engagement with his parents — also at a sporting event —attending Wimbledon.
Little Prince Louis, who is only four, was seen attending family events during his great-grandmother's jubilee but is still a few years off attending royal engagements with his older siblings.
