"His Majesty The King has been informed and both families are delighted with the news," Buckingham Palace said in a statement.
The palace also shared two new photos to mark the occasion – one showing the happy couple and a second featuring the siblings holding hands.
Princess Beatrice, 36, and Edo, as he's known to friends, are yet to publicly show their daughter's face and have so far only shared shots of her from behind.
Wolfie, however, made his first royal appearance at Sandringham last year, walking alongside his dad, step-mum and the wider royal family on Christmas Day.

Fergie, who calls herself a "proud GiGi", shared an excited post on social media hours after the news was announced.
"Such an incredible blessing and an embrace to my heart," she wrote alongside a carousel of images, showing the three generations together.
"Wolfie, August, Ernie and Sienna will be over the moon to have the fifth member of the five aside!"
Princess Beatrice and Edo, 40, had been family friends for years before falling in love.
The pair got engaged while on holiday in Italy in 2019, after about 11 months of dating.
Their big royal wedding, originally planned for May 2020, had to be postponed due to the pandemic, with the couple instead getting married in an intimate gathering in Windsor in July that year.
They tied the knot at the Royal Chapel of All Saints at Royal Lodge with less than 20 people in attendance due to COVID-19 restrictions in place at the time.
Princess Beatrice wore a Norman Hartnell gown that belonged to her grandmother Queen Elizabeth II.
The couple announced they were pregnant with their first child in May 2021, with Sienna arriving on September 18 that year.
