Fergie shares sweet message and throwback photos for Princess Beatrice's birthday

Sarah Ferguson has shared sweet throwback photos to mark her daughter Princess Beatrice's 35th birthday on August 8.

The photos have been shared on the Duchess of York's official social media channels.

In the first photo we see the pair seated at the event, leaning into each other in conversation.

In the second photo, the royal is driving a car with a very young Princess Beatrice seated in the back wearing snazzy sunglasses, smiling at the cameras capturing the moment.

The duchess, also known as Fergie, captioned the post: "Happy birthday Beatrice. You'll always be my girl."

"Aww your little mini me," one of Fergie's followers commented.

"Second photo – tiny twin!" another said.

"Happy birthday Princess Beatrice," added another.

Ferguson and ex-husband Prince Andrew are parents to two daughters – Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie, 33.

Beatrice married Eduardo Mapelli Mozzi in a secret royal wedding during the pandemic on July 17, 2020. She is stepmother to Mozzi's son Cristopher, six, and the pair welcomed their first child together, Sienna Elizabeth, on September 18, 2021.

The couple marked their third wedding anniversary on social media.

Mozzi acknowledged the couple's third anniversary with an Instagram post including never-before-seen photos from their nuptials.

He wrote: "Happy wedding anniversary to the most beautiful wife in the world. I am so grateful for every moment we have shared, every challenge we have overcome, and every dream we have pursued together.

"I love you more than words can say, and I can't wait to celebrate many more anniversaries with you."

He is yet to share a post to mark his wife's birthday however eagle-eyed royal fans are keeping a close eye out. So too Princess Eugenie.

Beatrice and Eugenie share a close bond, teaming up for public appearances during King Charles' coronation.

"Beatrice and I had so much fun in Chalfont St Giles for their Coronation Big Lunch. It was amazing to see so many people celebrating and we are very grateful to have spent some time with children, fluffy puppies and so many well-wishers for The King and Queen," they shared on social media at the time.

"The concert was such a special way to the end the day. What a beautiful way to honour The King's life of service. Of course my favourite part was seeing the big whale lit up in the sky."
