Forget the front row – Prince Harry blends into the crowd at NBA finals

Prince Harry was spotted in the crowd at the NBA Finals, celebrating as the New York Knicks made their historic win.
Unlike other celebrity attendees, the 41-year-old royal sat a good few rows from the front, watching the game with US army veteran and Purple Heart recipient JP Lane and NBA commissioner Adam Silver.

The Duke of Sussex blended in with the crowd, wearing a grey polo and cap as he watched the game among the audience.
Together, they witnessed the Knickerbockers win their first NBA title since 1973 against the San Antonio Spurs with a 94-90 score.
Harry’s wife Meghan, the Duchess of Sussex, and their children Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet were not in attendance with him.
The duke was already in Texas to attend the Warrior Games, which is an event for wounded, injured or ill military personnel set up by the US Government, similar to his own Invictus Games.
It’s the latest in sports game appearances for the eager royal, who has been soaking up the US sports culture since he and Meghan relocated to California in 2020 as part of their “royal exit”.
In the past, he has attended the Super Bowl in 2022 – with his cousin Princess Eugenie – and an LA Dodgers game during the MLB World Series.
He even made an appearance at the Stockyards Championship Rodeo in Texas.
He has also embraced Aussie sports culture.

The duke took time out of his busy schedule to attend a Waratahs game with his wife Meghan during their Australian tour in April.
While the prince was cheering on the Knicks, his family was on the other side of the world, celebrating his father King Charles’ official birthday with Trooping the Colour.
The British royal family watched the tremendous inspection, parade, and flypast from the military personnel on Saturday.
They then gathered on the balcony of Buckingham Palace, wearing their finest attire.
