Prince Harry and Meghan visit family of school shooting victim in Texas
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have visited the family of a woman who was killed in the Uvalde school shooting in Texas in 2022.
The couple met the Garcia family who lost Irma, a teacher at Robb Elementary School, in the tragedy.
The teacher sacrificed herself to allow the students to get to safety, her nephew John Martinez said.

A total of 19 students and two teachers were killed.
Days after she died, Irma's husband Joe also died, the family say 'due to a broken heart.'
Her nephew shared pictures of the royal's visit on X, formerly Twitter, saying he was shocked they went to visit.
"MEGHAN MARKLE AND PRINCE HARRY CAME TO MY HOUSE !?!?!?!" he posted, along with pictures of himself with the royal couple.
"They're such a beautiful couple and I'm so blessed, so glad they came to check up on the family," he said.

He posted photos of Harry and Meghan posing with Irma and Joe's kids.
"Can't believe how loving and supportive they are especially to my amazing cousins. What a great experience to be a part of," he said.

The visit coincided with Martinez's mother's birthday, but the royals did not miss the detail, even taking a cake and singing Happy Birthday with the family.
"Meghan Markle singing my mom happy birthday was the cutest most adorable thing ever, she even bought her a cake," Martinez said.
"I just wanna say how grateful I am that Meghan and Harry took their time out of their busy schedules to visit with Irma and joe's kids. It meant so so so much to them and us, and thank you to all the continued love and support from their supporters," he said.
"They were the kindest most humble people ever, it was like having family and friends over having an amazing time together they fit right in, we laughed a lot and shared intimate memories together, he told Hello.
Meghan previously privately visited Uvalde two days after the shooting happened in 2022, laying a bouquet of white roses at the cross for 10-year-old victim Uziyah Garcia.
She later went to Herby Ham Activity Center to deliver crates of food, drinks and desserts for blood donors.
