The source tells Us Weekly the former actress has "lost control in her relationship", but "not in a negative way".

"But she can definitely call many of the shots - and not just when she's pregnant," the source says.

The source also gave some insight into the couple's birth plans, saying Meghan is likely to give birth a different hospital to Kate Middleton who chose the Lindo Wing at St. Mary's Hospital in London to deliver her three children - Prince George, 5, Princess Charlotte, 3, and Prince Louis, 9 months.

"The security team will have completed trial runs to and from hospitals," the source says.

"Their Royal Highnesses The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are very pleased to announce that The Duchess of Sussex is expecting a baby in the Spring of 2019," the official statement read.

Baby Sussex could potentially share a birthday with cousin Prince Louis, who was born in April 23. Or, if the baby arrives later than expected, they could be born closer to their parent's first wedding anniversary on May 19.
