It remains unknown which newspaper titles the libel claim relates to or which specific article. ANL publishes the Daily Mail, the Mail on Sunday and the MailOnline.

Harry's wife Meghan Markle successfully brought a privacy claim against ANL regarding articles which reproduced contents of a handwritten letter she sent her father, Thomas Markle.

Meghan was awarded one pound in nominal damages and the newspaper made a front-page apology and paid the duchess' legal costs.

The Duke of Sussex is also involved in litigation against the Home Office over his security arrangements in the UK.
