Prince Harry is now living in California, in the United States, after breaking away from the British royal family in 2020 with wife Meghan, the Duchess of Sussex.

The couple has two children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet, no doubt Prince Harry's greatest personal achievement.

His royal life has often been turbulent, and he was regularly voted the most popular member of his family.

Times have changed since his glory days but the Duke of Sussex has carved out a new life for himself on his own terms.

Here are 40 of his best moments as he celebrates his 40th birthday on September 15, 2024.
