Royal fans are convinced this video shows tension between William and Meghan

While the news has been thick with speculation about a supposed 'feud' between Kate and Meghan, it seems we've been keeping our eye on the wrong Cambridge.

Kate and Meghan appeared to be positively chummy on Christmas Day at Norfolk, throwing all talk of tension completely out the window.

It was Prince William and Meghan's attitude towards one another that was notably icy.

In a video posted to royal fan account @katemiddeltonvideos, Meghan is shown turning around to talk to Prince William, who immediately starts looking down and playing with his scarf. She turns back around and starts walking towards the car while William continues to fidget.

It's definitely bizarre body language and we could see how it seems like he's trying to avoid speaking to her.

But, then again, Meghan could have said to William, "Start foofing up your scarf and look uncomfortable". Or, "there's a bug! Get it!"

Conspiracy theorists though leaning towards former version of the story.

However, one person shared an interesting theory on the comments of the video.

"I think Meghan is trying to make space for Kate so that she can also step down with them," they wrote.

Which, if you watch the video again through that lense, makes a lot of sense. Perhaps Meghan wasn't even speaking to William in the first place? She was just looking out for her new buddy Kate? 

Whatever the real story is, it's undeniable that Prince William looks a bit flummoxed and put off. Maybe he just ate too much turkey!
