Meghan Markle's two conditions before she'll speak to her dad again

Meghan Markle could get back in touch with her estranged father... but only if he follows these two strict conditions.

The Duchess of Sussex is said to be rather unimpressed by Thomas Markle's threats to keep contacting her through the press because he has no other way to reach her, according to friends.

So, condition number one would be for the 74-year-old to reach out to his daughter "in a respectful manner".

"The only reason Meghan hasn't spoken to her father yet is because she's yet to hear from him in a respectful manner," a source told Daily MailDaily Mail

"Thomas is speaking to the press more than he's reached out and spoken to his own daughter."

They suggest the father-of-three could easily get in touch via his ex-wife and Meghan's mum, Doria Ragland.

The next thing Thomas would need to agree to is definitely a non-negotiable and one she's reportedly most worried about - he needs to stop giving interviews.

It's been claimed by another of the Duchess's pals that she doesn't feel like she can talk to her dad because he will just repeat their conversations in public.

Meghan, 37, is also said to be wise to her dad's "emotional blackmail" tactics and his "crocodile tears" friends have claimed, highlighting a recent interview where he said he feels abandoned by his daughter, son-in-law and the Royal Family.

On the flip-side, mum Doria is said to have been so impressed by her daughter's new in-laws - whom she met in Windsor for the first time just hours before the Royal Wedding - that she is reportedly considering a move to the UK to be by her daughter's side.
