When Meghan Markle walks down the aisle later this month, she could be wearing one of her most treasured belongings: her Cartier watch.
 
The actress, 36, had long coveted the Tank Francaise timepiece, which retails for upwards of $AU4550.
 
So, following a significant professional achievement, she decided to treat herself to a gold and silver version of the designer accessory.
