Baby Sussex 'knocks the lungs out of Meghan' with a kick during Bristol visit

Meghan Markle has perfected poise in her Royal life.

And when Baby Sussex is trying to get attention while she's talking to someone, it's no different.

A video had emerged from the Duke and Duchess of Sussex's recent visit to Bristol, showing what some believe to be the Royal Baby knocking the wind out of his/her mama with an almighty kick.

While the flowing Oscar de la Renta dress hides any movement across the belly, the expectant mum's face says it all.

The 37-year-old is seen taking a very deep breath and subtly looking down towards her baby bump, with her hand gently patting baby.

"The precious moment Baby Sussex kicked Meghan’s lungs out of her. He/she really wants to come out to meet us people! No wonder mummy needs to hold [her bump] to calm," the short video was captioned.

Hundreds of fans have also left comments beneath the post, cooing about the upcoming arrival - believed to be due in April.

"This could be the reason Meghan touches her belly a lot," one asked.

"This is so wonderful we can all be part of Hary (sic) and Meghan's joy. May God continue to Blessed them both."

"That's an active baby hope she 's able to sleep at nights!? Active babies are just that up to delivery," another warned the pregnant Royal.

"Wow that's so awesome,he really kicks so hard," one person commented, echoing a number of others who predict a baby boy.

The Royal baby will be the first child for the Duke and Duchess of Sussex and the eighth great-grandchild for The Queen and Prince Philip.
