Meghan and Harry move into their new home

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have moved into their new home - Frogmore Cottage at Windsor.

The move comes just in time for the royal couple to welcome their first child, due in April.

Work crews were seen getting the property ready ahead of the new arrivals.

Meghan Markle, 37, and Prince Harry, 34, have been taking steps to separate from Kensington Palace which houses and manages most of the young royals, including the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge.

Now that the Duke and Duchess have moved away from London, and have launched their own Instagram account @sussexroyal, the couple has successfully carved out a separate life and identity from Kate Middleton and Prince Harry.

Their Instagram account attracted a record one million followers in just over five hours.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex had been living within the grounds of Kensington Palace, in Nottingham Cottage.

Following the move to Windsor, their staff will remain at Buckingham Palace and report to the Queen's courtiers, as per normal.

Frogmore Cottage is next to the larger Frogmore House where Meghan and Harry had their evening wedding reception in 2018.

They were pictured watching fireworks there during the party in May.

Frogmore Cottage is a beautiful home with plenty of room for Meghan's mother Doria Ragland to say once her grandchild is born.
