The Fab Four's 'carefully orchestrated' polo outing finally puts royal feud rumours to rest
Prince William and Prince Harry's joint outing at the polo – with their wives and children – could finally put rumours of a royal rift to rest.
Royal commentator Duncan Larcombe says the event was "carefully orchestrated" by the palace to silence the persistent murmurings of unrest between the two.
There's even been suggestions of tension between Kate, the Duchess of Cambridge, and Meghan, the Duchess of Sussex.

But the two families put on a united front while attending the King Power Royal Charity Polo Day on July 10. It was the first time the brothers have carried out a joint engagement since October.
"It was carefully orchestrated, there are always photographers at these polo matches not always looking out for royalty," Larcombe tells Today.

"They all looked very happy today, it's against the backdrop of the rift, of course."
Photographs from the event show the sisters-in-law laughing and smiling together, with their children Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis. Meghan was cradling baby Archie – his first ever public appearance.
Rumours of a royal feud escalated in early June when the Sussexes left the Royal Foundation, to create their own charitable forum. It followed Harry and Meghan's move away from Kensington Palace, in London, to Frogmore Cottage in Windsor, to raise their new baby.

"I think they'll be rather pleased with those pictures from today because it is a bit refreshing," Larcombe says.
"[There's been] rumours of this rift and that's never good for the royals because William and Harry, quite frankly, are more than brothers. They've always been absolute soulmates all the way through their life.
"[It was] a long overdue show of solidarity between them all."
