Meghan and Harry release a statement about reality show
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have denied they'll be participating in a reality TV series as part of their lucrative Netflix production deal.
"The Duke and Duchess are not taking part in any reality show," the couple told HELLO! through a spokesperson.
The Sun claimed on Monday the Duke and Duchess of Sussex would be taking part in a "tasteful" reality TV show with the streaming platform, with a source telling the publication the couple wanted to "give people a glimpse into their real lives" and an opportunity to see the "real" Meghan as well as "shine a light on people and causes around the world".
While the reality series has been denied, a spokesperson for Netflix has confirmed Harry and Meghan are busy developing several projects.

"The couple already has several projects in development, including an innovative nature docu-series and an animated series that celebrates inspiring women but we are not disclosing any of the programming slate at this time," they told the Press Association.
"The Duke and Duchess are not taking part in any reality show."
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex resigned as senior members of the British royal family in January 2020. They moved from their UK home at Frogmore Cottage to Santa Barbara in the US with their son Archie, 16-months.

The pair have signed with the Harry Walker Agency, responsible for booking the couple for appearances.
Harry and Meghan have also signed a production deal with Netflix they say will be "shining a light on people and causes around the world".

"Our lives, both independent of each other, and as a couple have allowed us to understand the power of the human spirit: of courage, resilience, and the need for connection," they said in a statement after the deal was confirmed.

"Through our work with diverse communities and their environments, to shining a light on people and causes around the world, our focus will be on creating content that informs but also gives hope.
"As new parents, making inspirational family programming is also important to us, as is powerful storytelling through a truthful and relatable lens."
