Sweet moment between Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis

Suzy Monzer

At the ripe age of eight, Princess Charlotte has become known for taking her sister duties very seriously.

On the other hand, her younger brother Prince Louis, youngest of the Wales siblings, has developed a reputation for cheekiness, regularly captured by photographers pulling silly faces during royal events – with his sister often coming to his aid.

In a sweet moment captured during King Charles III's coronation, the princess held her brother's hand, guiding him through Westminster Abbey to their seats.

Once the pair took their seats, Louis couldn't contain his excitement, pointing to the Abbey's ceiling and whispering to his sister.

Following the two-hour ceremony, Price Louis is set to appear alongside Charlotte in a ceremonial walk and is also expected to appear on the Buckingham Palace balcony with his parents and siblings.

With mum Kate, the Princess of Wales often attempting to gracefully control her adorable youngster, fans asked her recently whether she thought Louis would behave throughout the coronation.

"I hope so! You never quite know with him!" she responded.

Despite Kate's efforts, Princess Charlotte never leaves her mother to deal with Louis on her own.

The coronation ceremony isn't the first time the princess has put her big sister role to work, previously being caught scolding Louis during the Queen's Platinum Jubilee

The four-year-old's myriad of facial expressions and cute antics captured hearts around the globe as the world celebrated the monarch's 70-year reign last year.

At the time, after having had enough of Louis' antics, Princess Charlotte was seen stepping in to scold her brother, who would not stop moving and waving at the public.
