The stars gathered at the royal's residence for a UK-Italy black-tie dinner celebrating Slow Food and Slow Fashion, also attended by the Italian Ambassador to the UK, His Excellency Inigo Lambertini, designer Donatella Versace, and Vogue editor Edward Enninful.
The King and Queen Camilla invited the esteemed guests to enjoy a sustainable slow food feast, following the movement made popular by Italian food writer Carlo Petrini when she protested the opening of a McDonald's in Rome's Piazza di Spagna, leading to the movement going nation-wide.
In a speech to his guests, Charles said that the philosophy and Italy are both "dear to my heart".
"Good food brings people together and what we choose to eat helps to define us - as families, communities and nations," he continued.
"It brings us sustenance, but also comfort. It binds generations, as recipes are passed down from one to another. It is a thing of beauty - 'edible art'..."
The menu for the night was crafted by renowned Italian chef Francesco Mazzei and inspired by The Devil Wears Prada actor Tucci, who is the star of the TV series Stanley Tucci: Searching For Italy.

In the video, he is seen sampling some cheese in the kitchen ahead of the big night, as well as sitting next to the monarch as he makes and tastes cocktails.
The video showed sweeping shots of the home, including the dining room which was set up with long tables to accommodate the guests in a natural beige theme.
Many of the herbs sourced for the dinner came directly from Highgrove Gardens, with the chef's seen picking and smelling them in the video.

The crown couple will also be visiting Rome and the northeastern city of Ravenna during the official visit.
