Kate Middleton will reportedly join Prince William and Prince Harry at the unveiling of the Princess Diana statue on July 1, which would have been her 60th birthday.

The Duchess of Cambridge will attend in her role as peacekeeper between the brothers in an effort to keep the focus on the late royal, UK newspaper Daily Mirror reports.

"No doubt there will be tensions between the Cambridges and Harry, but they all recognise that despite the obvious and deep-rooted issues between them, they want the day to be solely about the Princess of Wales's enduring legacy," a "royal source" told the publication.

The Duchess of Cambridge was with her husband and brother-in-law when they honoured Princess Diana in August 2017, on the 20th anniversary of her death.

The trio together visited the Sunken Garden at Kensington Palace, the late royal's favourite spot in her former home.

The statue, which will be unveiled in that very spot next week, was commissioned by the brothers in 2017 and is being made by sculptor Ian Rank-Broadley — who is responsible for the portrait of the Queen that appears on all British coins.

The unveiling will be only the second time the brothers have seen each other since Prince Harry and Meghan Markle left their roles within the royal family and moved to the US.

The first time was at Prince Philip's funeral in April, where Kate was also seen to be the diplomatic peacekeeper between the feuding pair.

The duchess began chatting with the Duke of Sussex as the trio walked from St George's Chapel back to Windsor Castle but swiftly exited the conversation after William and Harry began speaking.

The reunion will be the first time the brothers will meet following the release of Prince Harry's mental health docuseries with Oprah Winfrey, The Me You Don't See, which was filled with bombshell revelations of his life as a young royal.
