The US President then reportedly gushed about the monarch to the White House Press Pool, saying: "Great woman. Great, great woman."
Victoria Arbiter, 9Honey's royal columnist says the Queen has made quite the impression on the President and First Lady during their short trip.
"POTUS & FLOTUS have clearly been bowled over by the Queen this week," Arbiter tweeted.
"She's long impressed captains of industry & those in powerful positions. Republicans have even called her 'untouchable' but this is the first time I have seen Mr. Trump exhibit such deference to another person."
Trump arrived in London on Monday and was the guest of honour at a State Banquet in Buckingham Palace the same evening.
The US President and First Lady re-paid the favour with a State Dinner at the US Embassy on Tuesday night.
On Wednesday they joined the Royals again, along with other world leaders to mark the 75th anniversary of D-Day - the Normandy landings of WWII.
Trump is heading to his golf club in Ireland next before returning back to Washington.
